Dr. Brad Tiner
Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Brad Tiner received his doctor of dental medicine (DMD) from Southern Illinois University in 1997. After school, he operated a successful dental practice in his wife’s hometown of St. Louis for 15 years before relocating with his family to their “true home” in Texas in 2012.
Each year, Dr. Tiner completes many hours of continuing education in fields such as dental implantology, CEREC restorations, full mouth reconstruction, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. He enjoys taking courses from many different providers so that he can find the ideal techniques and procedures for his own patients. This allows him to provide the very best, cutting-edge care available.
“I love investing in technology and finding tools that will make things easier, faster, and more comfortable. My love for design has followed me as a dentist and allows me to see your smile as a work of art to be molded. I am a bit of a perfectionist and use this to ensure that when my patients leave, their work is done right.”
Featured on CBS’s American Health Front for his work with CEREC same-day dentistry, Dr. Tiner has mastered the same-day dental crown procedure – something that he’s spent over 15 years working toward.
Dr. Tiner has been married to his wife, Pam, for over 25 years and they have a daughter and son. His daughter graduated from Abilene Christian with a degree in graphic design and is currently running her own small art business. His son is studying towards a business degree at Baylor University. He and his son both share a love for running and working on cars. Their newest hobby is doing Autocross together. The family enjoys attending Frisco Bible Church and spending time together playing games, boating, and traveling.

Dr. Gabrielle Kubas
Dr. Gabrielle Kubas has always had a passion for dentistry since her childhood, growing up in Highland Village, Texas. Inspired by her female pediatric dentist, who became her role model, Dr. Kubas aspired to follow in her footsteps and make a positive impact on people’s lives through dental care. This career choice was solidified while she excelled in her academic career at the University of Arkansas. After being accepted into Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Dr. Kubas happily returned to Texas to attend dental school.
After graduating, she began practicing in Fort Worth before moving her skills to a practice in Florida for several years during her husband’s medical residency. They enjoyed their time being closer to the ocean and made beach trips as often as possible. This summer, Dr. Kubas and her family have joyfully returned to their Texas roots and are here to stay! Dr. Kubas is excited about establishing her career back where she grew up in the Lone Star State!
Dr. Kubas remains as passionate as ever about delivering exceptional care to her patients. She is committed to ensuring a comfortable and stress-free dental experience, prioritizing her patients’ needs and building lasting relationships. Dr. Kubas finds fulfillment in relieving pain, promoting oral health, and transforming people’s lives by improving their smiles.
Outside of work, Dr. Kubas cherishes quality time spent with her husband, Jonathan, and their son, Grayson. Together, they are actively involved in their local church community and enjoy spending time with family and friends. They love trying new restaurants, attending concerts, cheering on Dallas sports teams, and traveling to the beach or mountains. Dr. Kubas is thrilled to be a part of the team at Dentistry By Design and looks forward to creating connections with both existing and new patients.
Dr. Carly Allen
Dr. Carly Allen grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas. She discovered her passion for dentistry while on a medical mission trip during college. That transformative experience sparked a desire to help others through compassionate, hands-on care, and it ultimately led her to pursue a career in dentistry.
As a general dentist, Dr. Allen is committed to creating positive and comfortable experiences for her patients. She understands that dental visits can bring anxiety for many, and she works to ensure each patient feels at ease and truly cared for. She provides comprehensive, individualized treatment with a warm and gentle approach.
Dr. Allen is dedicated to continual learning and professional growth, regularly participating in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dental care.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Drew, and their daughter, Noa. She loves cycling, running, traveling, and cooking. Dr. Allen is excited to be a part of the Dentistry By Design team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and the community.
